TEQlease Capital Provides Financing for Granada Hills Charter High School’s Computer Laboratories

Approved financing allows Granada Hills Charter High School to expand computer capabilities for 4,200 student charter high school

CALABASAS, CA October 11, 2011—TEQlease Capital, a nationwide provider of equipment lease financing solutions, announced today that the company has provided Granada Hills Charter High School (GHCHS), the largest charter school in the nation and one of the high performing high schools in California, with lease financing for the school’s computer laboratories.

With the approved and now funded lease, GHCHS will be expanding its three visual and performing arts computer laboratories used by over 220 students in the following instructional areas: digital imaging and cartoon/animation; yearbook and photo production; and music technology. In addition, computers in the music technology laboratory have specialized interfaces to receive input from guitars and musical keyboard

GHCHS is a 2011 California Distinguished School. The GHCHS Academic Decathlon team recently captured its first National Academic Decathlon Championship, the first charter school to earn the national title.
