Students at Caurus Academy Develop a Love for Learning

Caurus Academy (located in Anthem, Arizona) makes sure that their students start every day in a happy, nurturing environment. Their students learn by creating, discovering, and exploring a curriculum that is often connected with their personal interests. This method allows the children to develop a love for learning.

But in the summer 2016, Caurus began experiencing issues with their refrigeration and oven unit. They decided it was time to upgrade.

TEQlease Attends World Of Concrete 2016

Earlier this month, TEQlease Capital attended the 2016 World of Concrete Conference in Las Vegas, Nevada, which began February 1st and concluded on February 5th. The conference included various keynote speakers and presentations on the concrete industry, and was headlined with the exhibitor show which had over 1400 vendors present and over 55,000 attendees.

World of Concrete is the industry’s only annual international event dedicated to the commercial concrete and masonry construction industries showcasing leading industry suppliers featuring innovative products, construction machinery, construction equipment, safety training courses, new technologies an d unlimited networking opportunities to give you new ways to sustain and grow your business.

It was a great experience visiting the conference and having the opportunity to meet so many concrete and construction industry professionals, and TEQlease looks forward to attending in the years to come.

TEQlease Capital Provides Financing for Historic Building

TEQlease Capital, a nationwide provider of equipment lease financing solutions, announced today that the company has provided The Lampwork Lofts, an historic building managed by Madison Park Financial Corporation, with a comprehensive equipment lease financing solution. TEQlease Capital provided flexible, customized lease financing for a sustainable solution for recycling and solid waste management for the historic building.

The Lampwork Lofts is a conversion of a historic four-story brick warehouse into 92 for-rent live/work units. The 115,000 square foot building was certified as a national landmark with the National Park Service, allowing the owners to utilize Federal Historic Tax Credits. The building was originally built in 1919 and served as the manufacturing facility for General Electric’s Mazda Lamps. The building also has the distinction of being the first industrial facility on the West Coast to employ women.

TEQlease Capital Supports 5K Run

TEQlease Capital was a sponsor for the 6th annual Univest Capital, Inc. 5K run & 1 mile dog walk on April 19, 2014. The race was held at Neshaminy State Park in Bensalem, PA. All proceeds of the race go to the Pennsylvania District Kiwanis International, a non-profit located in Pennsylvania that is devoted to improving their communities and the lives of children, Bike & Build, Inc., a group that arranges cross-country bicycle trips which benefit affordable housing groups.

When Leon joined our team earlier this year, we knew we were getting an accomplished Account Executive. Leon joined TEQlease after many years with Xerox as a President’s Club Award Winner. His experience, track record and dedication to his customers is unmatched. We knew all that!

What we didn’t know at the time is that Leon is an accomplished Grill Master and is launching his line of barbecue sauce. He is also known as “Torchy Burns“, producer of Torchy Burns Famous Flaming Ember BBQ Sauce. He was kind enough to cater lunch in our office a while back.
