Coastal Montessori Charter School, a Pawleys Island, South Carolina
charter school established in 2012 and supporting grades 1 through 6, recently leased laptops and IT equipment through TEQlease Education Finance (TEF), a division of TEQlease Capital.
The equipment was provided by School Tech Supply of Westlake Village, California, a national provider of IT and other products for education.
TEQlease Capital, a nationwide provider of equipment lease financing solutions, provided Coastal Montessori Charter School with a comprehensive, customized lease financing solution covering laptops, installation services and maintenance, all of which were provided by School Tech Supply.
According to Dr. Nathalie Hunt, Director at Coastal Montessori Charter School, “I decided to lease computers with TEQlease because it enables us to acquire significantly more equipment than our 1-year computer budget allows. TEQlease communicated well with me as we tackled unforeseen issues with the arrival of our equipment. Increasing our computer-to-student ratio will allow our students to practice necessary 21st century skills, especially since the state of South Carolina is transitioning all testing to online modules. In addition, leasing computers was an effective and economical way to get the technology we needed now, since in the near future we will be moving into a new school.”
