Community Charter Academy DBA University Academy, a Panama City, Florida K-5 charter school established in 2012, recently leased laptops and IT equipment through TEQlease Education Finance (TEF), a division of TEQlease Capital.
The equipment was provided by School Tech Supply of Westlake Village, California, a national provider of IT and other products
for education.
TEQlease Capital, a nationwide provider of equipment lease financing solutions, provided University Academy with a comprehensive, customized lease financing solution covering laptops, installation services and maintenance, all of which were provided by School Tech Supply.
According to Tim Breckenridge, Network Technician at University Academy, “I decided to lease computers with TEQlease because it enables us to acquire significantly more equipment than our 1-year IT budget allows. Increasing our computer-to-student ratio will allow our students to practice necessary computer skills. In addition, leasing computers was an effective and economical way to get the technology we needed now.”
